Upper Console

It is going to be sweet!!!!!

I will be adding a CB and whatever else I can think of to the underside of this piece. It will most likely be milled out in the center to give the piece more depth, I may try to have some accents cut for the bottom as well.

This piece will actually go in from the bottom and a thin top piece (1/16" maybe) will be screwed on with 6 x 2-56 screws. I hope to have several designs etched into those top pieces, TCS, Futaba, MaxAmps, DNA, Dinky R/C, and maybe a few other shameless plugs :D. I will be working on that today.

Went out the Dinky R/C shop again today. I needed to get my rear tire carrier fixed (I broke it off in Moab after a very HARD fall ).

The upper center console is not installed yet because there is still a lot of work to do on it. All in good time.

After that we went out to the spillway in Blue Springs, Missouri.

awesome Fj harley...Im about to start an xtrail scaler and im thinkin off gettin a used ax10 from a member here and it has T-Maxx Big Bore Ti Ni shocks running full droop on it and I was wondering if these will bolt up ok with the xtrail, as far as length of the shocks...

thanx

The T-max shocks in droop will bolt up, they will give you a pretty good ride height as well.

Hi, I read the first 16 pages of the thread and was wondering what happened with the shorter XTS chassis as I don't see it for sale on the tcs site.

edit: Now the pictures have loaded, I assume from the photos above the FJ body works on the x-trail fine.

The XTS was discontinued due to low demand. It never went to full production.

The X-Trail works well will just about every lexan body we typically use.
