Select the photo you want to upload. At the top you will see, embed. Click. A menu appears on the right. Select photo size, I use large. A link will be shown.
In the forum type
The IMG src link does not work for this forum. (An option in the one drive embed menu)
Hope that helps.
Must be done on PC or full version website on mobile. I haven't found a way to do it through the app..
