Have you known anyone that has used the disconnect? I have one, but several of the members in my club said I would rip the front samurai out put off the transfer case, so I haven't put it on yet.

Build looks sick, we need more pictures. If you need any Suzuki parts let me know, I got a few(two parts trucks, and a bunch of other shit) laying around.

Stayed after work today and machined the misalignment spacers for the 7/8" heims.

Looks great I like the notches. That program makes them come out nice and tight.
One thing that will make driving nicer is air actuated on the Trail tough disconnect. Switched mine over. SO NICE. Run off of AC compressor or Powertank. Just need $10 ram, aome air hose and switch. Much easier to release the rear than the lever.

Like to see wight when done too. Should be pretty damn light.
