Youngblood did a great job with the basic build. I can't wait to see how you finish it off.

How did I miss this??? It is funny because I just ordered a Sami body and I am waiting for TSC to get more L trails in. Well yours is looking good kid. I used to have a 1.1 hardtop Sami so I am excited to get my build going.

Hey remember this build? Been busy working on a lot of different things, gotta keep things interesting ya know. Well its been terribly slow at that dealer and my boss had to have his appendix (<-Spelling) out yesterday so that has left me with some time to make these...

Need some opinions on this next part...when I built them, I mocked them up using existing holes in the frame, now that they are done, they dont sit nice and close to the body like most rigs with sliders do. Kind of looks like someone welded sliders in and then did a body lift  Soooo should I drill holes and move them up some or do they look ok as is?

Thanks for looking
-Mike

Ahhh good point... Plus, the original owner cut a little bit more off the bottom of the bod then I would have so the doors just kinda end... If I ever get another body I am going to leave some more material under the doors so then they would probably be perfect right where they are.

Thanks

-Mike

never cared for the zuk's till your build, nice job mike

Mike, i would probably leave the sliders how they are.
With how the body sits above the front bumper, it almost looks like it has a small body lift.
But then again, you could unbolt them, tape them firm to the body, see how it looks.
