Thanks! The engine/tranny is an HPI gear reduction unit acting as the transmission and an axial tranny layed down on its side which acts as the transfer case. OH and the wheels are 1.55 Rc4WD VOID wheels. Check thier website. CAD to CHROME is supposedly making a 1.7 version which im waiting for.

The freak came with 1.55 iroks, i like how they looked but at the same time i think they are tad big. So i grooved my stompers and mounted them up. She's all but ready, I just remembered i need to fab up a tow hook. I'm not too pleased with how the head lights turned out either, i need to find some flash light buckets and trim them to fit because the body mounts will most likely be in the way. Shouldn't be too hard, that and the tow hook are tonights priority. Love this rig ![]() |

![]() Nothing fancy with the headlights, i went home for lunch. Opened up a new thing of shredded parmesan for my pasta i made, and as i peeled the seal off of it I realized it's shiny, fairly stiff, and would work in the head lights for now. So i cut it up and put it behind the lenses. It doesn't look like the headlights are it's eyes anymore, and it covered up the holes for the head light tabs so i'm pleased. Buckets will be in the works, i just don't want to rush it before this weekends RCC trip. | |
