OK first test run with the new axles and since they have a slightly wider stance than the TLT's, the stability on this rig is much better. Some pics from the NEW section of the course at 1badjeepbruiser's place. Thanks for the great pics Mike! Did I say better stability??? |

| Actually the NON Evil YJ was stripped down and the body was put on an xc chassis and recently sold. I miss it already. But this one is still going strong. The steering stabilizer is a tlt steering link with a piece of tubing over it. Doesnt actually work, just for looks. |

Nice Jeep! I think you made a good choice with those axles. How are they holding up? Are they tough? I've got a pair under my 2.2 Rubicon I'm doing but haven't tested them yet. The rig looks great! |

OK not much of an update but I just bought another set of Trail Ready beadlocks from TSS. I loved my first set so much I had to have another for my Hilux. So I had Cory make me a spare this time so I put it right where it belonged. | |

I had a few minutes to mess with this beast last night. First on the list was that this Jeep NEEDED a snorkel. Then since I have an adjustable roof rack I slid the bars outward and removed all the scale stuff that wasnt needed up top, to lessen the weight up there. I only kept the essentials on the roof LOL, the Bud cooler. I moved the shovel up front and hood mounted the Hi Lift jack. Since it is getting closer to Opening Day at 1bjb's course I had to get this one ready for another wheelin season. |

| Thanks mattl. Steering is fine. The rig as a whole performs very well and has some killer wheelspeed! I was selling it recently but !badjeepbruiser talked me into keeping and I'm glad he did. New shoes for a bit taller stance and more ground clearance! |
