Here's mocking-up fog lamps I did today. Hulk and I had a discussion a couple of weeks ago as we both wanted this. But not having a pair of the right size and similar looks fog lamps, we shelved the idea until we find a nice one.

This pair came-off a Tamiya Pajero. Oh yeah, put in some electronics to take her for a test run.

Sweet rig. How does it handle with the spare on the rear? Are you planning on rear steer like the 1:1 you had pictured above?

Thanks Ecoli! The spare gets the closer to 2010 KOH version.I'll have to get her on a rock trail to observe impact on performance.

I like FWS. I'll need to get in a rear servo mount and grab a front axles. It's going t be tight. Here's a comparison in size with something familiar.

Still waiting on the RC4WD ultimate scale shocks. These thinner shocks should help get more bind-free articulation, and scaleness, as well.

I agree, it looks great but I would like to see some nice color photos without the tricks and effects. BTW, someone has money. 2 sets of them Black Widows? WOW!

Thanks Sincerely Guys. Apologies, Indoor shots don't look that nice with unpainted panels and chassis. I'll try getting some outdoors later.

Thanks to SwissSteph for the proto 4-link mount, great quality and fits like a glove. Now just waiting on a set of the RC4WD ultimate Scale Shocks. Guys in the forum say they work fine.

I got these axles rolling on video ...

Observations:
  • XVD's works! Steering angle is substantial!
  • The tiny screws do loosen, threadlock is a good friend
  • Driveshaft geometry least ideal (Just happy to get the driveshaft/spur not to bind.)

Recommendations:
  • 4-link mount option
  • F/R axles housing skewed to the same side
  • Centered axle housing

Axles are just mocked-up, adjustments to links/shock length is necessary.
