| Just working further on the details, I got some scale-looking aluminum rod-ends, SS tubes and SS threaded rods. |

I saw this bug in Dirt Sports "Masterpiece in Metal" and was instantly drawn to it. My first car was a 67 VW and have loved them for ever. I simply love this rig. I do have a few questions. I'm collecting parts for a KOH style Jeep and would like to know some measurements. The wheelbase, chassis length & width. I'm going to be using 1.9 Rok Lox as well and love the overall scale size. Thanks in advance

Sincerest Gratitude to W.Pa.C. for nominating the Rock Bug - RC of the Month. W.Pa.C. Guys Totally ROCK There was a suggestion at Pirate4x4 for a driver that had a beard. I was hoping that this would do ... Also mocked-up a rear view mirror and side mirrors. Again, apologies for the rough finish, will get some better outdoor pictures after I get the driver done. Thanks for all your interest and kind support! Last edited by Siggy; 07-23-2010 at 02:43 AM. |
