The new rolling stock is on. They will look great once I partially bead blast the wheels and use a light acid bath to accelerate the rusting process. The tires need to get worn in too. I'll probably use some extremely gritty surface and a big pinion to get that underway |

Getting this house bought has sucked up most of my free time. I have been fairly absent from the RC's for the last week or two.

I am hoping to get the wheels lightly sandblasted this week possibly so the rusting can get started on them. The chassis and tube work is starting to show the results of the humid MO weather for sure!

Looking good Harley! I like the erratic look of the bolts holding the bed down! |

| Thanks Marc, they are actually brads made for scrapbooking. I drilled and countersunk each one and then varnished over them. The bed is slowly coming along, little by little I'll make it look older.

Sitting on my back porch right now letting the wood weather some more. All the electronics are there for it. Been trying to hunt down a Axial Rat Rod body for the front clip. I sold one to a local guy a few months before I started this *Edit* Didn't realize I haven't put any of the rusted pictures up. I'll do that tonight. Looks pretty cool! |
