Also be some what generous when applying. The thicker the coat the better it will protect.

Awesome, Thanks! Keep us updated on the durability testing! Love'n the truck w/ 1.5's

For me , unless is a full blown monster truck 1.55's and 1.7's are the only options for a totally scale truck.. A+

Great video! Nice footage...smooth editing...and slow motion! Slowmo is the key to a killer vid. You nailed it. Make more! The rig looks awesome!

Looks promising. Are your front tires weighted? I think those tires will be better after some more break in time. Looks very capable.

The fronts are not weighted yet. I do have weights that are waiting to be installed. As for the tires, I agree about the break in. But in my opinion, I think they perform very well.

Thanks for you comment! It's a little top heavy but not as much as you would think. I am going to weight the wheels and I've also tried to keep the COG as low as possible. I am still trying to reconfigure the layout of components to make them even lower without sacrificing ground clearance.

Really like the trucks looks which is odd for me as I dont really care for yota's usually. Its crazy that those tires are 1.55, By the height you would swear they were 1.9.

I agree! It's the Mickey Thompson tires. They are 4.5" tall. They are taller than most 1.9" tires. Over 1/4" taller.

Sweet build, not sure how I missed it. Did you get any lights installed yet?

I replied to your post in AZ section as well. Hope to hear from you.

Savage,
What a sweet Tundra build! Nice work all around, I wish I had the time to invest to make my own chassis, but alas I'll let Lue work his magic.

Cheers,
T
