well. trying to get this ready for August and June. made some slight changes to the body. still C1, but can you see what i did? i think i am gonna make a new front bumper for this thing. more on the ARB style. but with a little bit of a subdued look. this one kinda doesn't line up with the new body lines. |

well, made a new front bumper. this one is much more scale and just looks a lot better. made some shackles too. just used some 1/4" cotter pins and painted them up. old trick that i have seen lots of guys do. also mounted a crowbar and machete to the hood and a shovel to the back. the 1:1 bumper for comparison |

here are some vids Camel Trophy Trucks Dingo and D90 SCX10 - YouTube Camel Trophy Race 1/10 scale - YouTube got a driver in this thing today. its a character from hunger games. had to do some work on it though. it didnt articulate at the hips or the knees, so out comes the dremel. gave it some knee joints, cut the body in half and glued it back together in the seat. bolted the legs to the seat. he looks perfect in there. | |

That driver looks badass. He must be either British or a mailman looking at the side he's driving on. Ha ha

been a while since updates, but life kinda took over for a while there. anyway, i am getting this all ready for the ECSC 2014 in August. i got some highsteer 7* chubs from VP, and put some axial CVDs in there. i also got some pretty nice tires from the LHS too. should work a ton better than the trail busters i was using last year. also running some 1.9 wheels i got from rick over at supershafty.com last year at ECSC |

looks good. those are a really good tire, i have been running them since they came out and have never had a second thought about changing them out because they straight out work. i found they run even better if ran backwards. |

i could flip sides for backwards, i'll give it a shot sometime when i take it out. what kinda foams are you running. i stuffed some CI 2 stages in there, it was a very tight fit, and they are firm, but i think i might like that fill on the side hills. i was also impressed with the height, they say 4.19 for C1 specs, but mine measure over 4.25 easy. they are quite a but taller than the trail busters i had on here before |

i am running the same foams, but the old ones. try a softer out side foam. they should break in to, after a few runs on them.
