HOLY CARP. I've been working on this pile again. For fun. F is for Fun. Cage has been blasted and powder coated, I added some mesh to the rear and started on a simple interior. Wow. Such progress in such a massive amount of time. Fail.

Shocker! Another update! Something must be wrong. Sparse interior is in need of priming and painting, but otherwise ready to go. No idea what dials I'm going to use. Speed and Oil temp probably. And there, engine is done. Some n00b asked me where I was going to put the battery and electro-tronic bits. I'll put a storage box aft of the seats, but fore of the propane fuelling system. Huzzah! For once I can hide everything and I knew where I was going to put it all prior to finishing it. See Green Jeep build for the opposite of this. |

I made an F-Toy once, I almost feel obligated to post an obligatory picture of my truck to show our assimilation but I won't, yours is cooler and wayyyy nicer.

I really like that people like this. After speaking with Ty at Tekin, he suggested I go for the smallest ESC possible, as there's really nowhere to hide the electronics on such an open to the elements, bare-bones build. So that's what I did. But joke's on you, I'm building a tool box to hide both battery and ESC in the back behind the seats. Because smart. Also, thanks to Chino63 and his desire to flood the market with awesome leaf springs, I'll be replacing the crap springs with much betterer ones.

Another sweet ride. That engine is cool. It's good to finally see quality companies making 3D printed engines. Too many garbage ones out there with more steps than the Empire State Building. Those leaf springs are awesome. How do they compare in stiffness to GMade or RC4WD? |
