Took her out on the trail today. Tires hooked great. Really like the way it turned out. Richard & RCPcrawlers both did awesome jobs. So awesome I'm surprised Harley had nothing to do with it. Ben & MSD did a great job color matching the rims with just online pics, amazing job. Anyway here's what you really want to see.

How do you like the RC4WD shocks?

I had them on my current build (Wreckluse) but replaced them with a combo set of hard bodies shocks in the rear and proline's scaler shocks upfront.

The RC4WD were too stiff in the initial start of the compression. It seemed as if the aluminum shock body was slightly thicker at the bottom and this is where the piston gets stuck at. The optional soft springs work nice but only after the piston gets past the tight spot.

I'll definitely put them back on my build after I sand the piston a bit and get them to compress smoothly. They are great eye candy but until they are silky smooth they the stay off.

By thw Way...Love That Winch!!!

Oh, they look great! But they must be or are close to the worst shocks around. I couldn't be more disappointed with their performance. This wreckluse crawls pretty bad, torque twist on any incline. I might try some other shocks, but might end up just putting this on a shelf.

Did you guys try removing one oring to help the shock cycle easier? I know you won't be able to run oil but who does anyway.

BTW, pretty shots DTP.
