The Blazer looks even sicker than before Brandon. The XL's fit the look perfect. More info on the wheels please, I don't recognize them. |

The wheels are hpi stock car wheels, I drilled out the slots and added TSS rock rings. The wheels got a coat of Tamiya silver paint too.

You should rotate your tires more often B. That little "hoop" left from the side lugs is fawking funny. Poor thing has been rode hard and put away wet for sure, is this the start of the rebuild thread? |

It also means I will need to run the same amount of weight front and rear if I am going to do a full rotation. The front tires dont look as bad. I just noticed that hoop as well Say hello to the rebuild!! Needs some updates before Moab.

Just found this thread and read the whole thing. That rig is awesome and will give me a lot of ideas for my first scale build. I just bought a K2-4 frame myself, haven't even gotten it yet. This really increase my list of things I could do. I guess I should start by figuring out what it's going to be. Looking forward to the latest rebuild. |

Some new parts: RC4WD 90mm shocks. These are awesome, and after some tweaking of the piston they work extremely well. TLT springs fit (silver) and so do mini t springs (red). Both feel great, not sure which I am going to run yet. It might just come down to color Im being told the red is just too much and the silver looks much better, some like the red. Opinions? Cleaned up the axles and chassis with the electronics removed Uh ohh.... Thanks Chino for the replica grill, its going to completely change the look of this rig |

Glad I could help! You will love the K2-4. It is a builders chassis and requires a lot of figuring on your own, but it makes it that much nicer. Thank you!

| Man that is a nice truck I really like it. Especially the bumper you had in the pics on the intial build. Couple questions though........... 1: Where did you get that replaca grille I want one for Jake! 2: What happened to th rear bumper/antenne you had in the dune pics (killer pics by the way) I if you are willing to part may be interested in it. Keep up the great work cant wait to see this one done again. |

| Me too I think...... I will probably cut and add the blue spacer in there. Quote:
Thanks Good to see you come around still. Ok, front shocks mounted, along with new lower links. First pic you can see the difference in shock length. I hope I have time to make some new shock hoops up front! The more I look at this link mount plate, the more I hate it! Something needs to change there as well. Rear axle:
