Heres the pics! I also mounted the 2.2s back on, they almost fit without trimming the body anymore. I still need to do alittle work on the front. Probably going to cut the bumper off and make a tube bumper Sorry about the bad lighting, my new garage isnt done yet because I keep working on this thing |

That thing looks dead friggin sexy. Love the 40" Swampers. How does one go about getting one or two of Paul's upper link mounts?

| PaulEZK made a pair of them and I got one of the prototypes. I am crossing my fingers he releases them!! Quote:
I am so happy the 40's look good! Even with the 22" wheels As soon as I saw the link mount I pm'd him and worked out a deal. It needs one slight revision and hopefully he produces them.

Yea, double dubs may not be my first choice in wheels but the look of the tires make up for it in my world. Plus, like you said, Dirt Hawgs work well and I'll give up a little looks for performance.

Yeah I almost did flat black, but its such a cool piece I wanted it to stand out alittle. And the color is close to the shocks. Just need some fabtech stickers now... I think my old nylint has some

Another small update! Started working on the interior yesterday. Got the seats and floorboard installed. Also rolled down the drivers window. Started on the dash with some styrene, I am not going to do anything too crazy, just getting the general shape. What color should I go with?? Also found a detailing pen for airplanes at my lhs, worked great for the door and hood lines Trimmed the front bumper mostly off in preparation for a tube bumper and winch |

Thanks guys! Mongo, I see you started a blazer yourself, will keep an eye on it Took it out to the rocks yesterday, of course the camera was dead Only thing that went wrong was the mamba max got REALLY hot. I think its the 3s lipo maybe? Anyways installed a voltage reg this morning and going to take it out again, but there arent any good testing areas around here :-( |

Looks good. Are you doing an interior for the back or are you just going to leave it open? Oh, what about a roll cage/tire holder thing? do you know what i am talking about?

| The back will get something. I have the rear bumper with the whip antenna, and once i get my new garage setup to braze in I can start on the rear tire carrier and front bumper I started cutting and bending some of the pieces already. I just need to weld up a table to braze on at the warehouse to bring home with me. I dont think brazing on my wood countertop would be a great idea |
