OK....heres a couple more.... I had to extend the rear upper links because of my driveshaft yoke connection was lower than my lower links... I'll have a picture of that in a little bit...you should be able to see it better...

Your build looks good... have you driven it yet? I really like those RC4WD wheels.

I think you're having problems because your skid isn't drilled for a DIG. If the dig is farther forward, your driveshaft angle wouldn't be as extreme. You can probably contact MFM and get a skid drilled like this:

Size: 69.2 KB

Then you can move your servo behind the motor like this:

Name: DIG1.jpg
Views: 220
Size: 66.4 KB

Name: DIG2.jpg
Views: 209
Size: 50.6 KB

It keeps the COG nice and low... especially since you're running a full-size servo like me.

I'd be curious to see how those shocks work mounted with the caps down... seems like they might bind. I tried mine like that and ended up cutting the top of the caps off and adding traxxas rod ends to smooth everything out.

You got any pictures with your lid on?

Look forward to your progress! Let us know how it crawls!

Yeah, you could just drill it yourself... or MFM might be willing to trade you. They are pretty good with customer service. Shoot them an e-mail and see what they say.

I can get you the dimensions if you need them.

How much ground clearance do you have at the skid?

Looks like those shocks could be limited quite a bit. For example I am running 4" losi shocks, limited about 3/4". This makes the chassis much more predictable and stable.
