All that detail in the paint and it looks like a 3 year old cut out the body!

Clean up those cuts!

For being blind in my left and 70% in my right...its sometimes hard to see the lines...but you are right...Its been sanded and cut mor evenly now. That pic was taken right after I cut and drilled the body.
A buddy of mine kinda said the same so he cleaned it up for me...but all in all...I thought it wasn't half bad...:-(

If you get a bug body, paint it like an evil Pumpkin, that would be sweet

I do like the bugs.

I really dig my XC body though.

Anyone running a Black Widow Chassis with the AX10 tranny using the HRD 3.1 Dig unit?

I wanted to see a few setups to see how I could mount my servo for the Dig.

I'm running an R2D, so it's not a direct comparo, but I made a mount to put the servo where I wanted it...right behind the dig unit.

You can see the aluminum plate in the pic.

Maybe you could do something similiar?

Looks like a good idea. I purchased my HRD dig with the servo mount and from the looks of it- seems like it won't work.

Thanks for the photo- helps me visualize a custom mount a lot easier.

It's a great design and works well so far by hand lol. I haven't set it up with a servo yet due to the mounting issue. I've been trying to finish this build for a couple months now but kept getting distracted with my other hobbies. The RC fund right now is really tight.

No problem.

If you want any more pics, let me know.

I started off with my servo more on the side, but it never shifted well. May have been due to the radio not having enough tweaking for the setpoints.

Now I have the DX3R and love it, and my dig works awesomely!
