Great thread, I just got into crawling myself, but I wanted to do my own tube chassis and setup, was thinking MOA worminator.. not sure... Also liked some of the 1/5th scale crawlers. Unfortunatly I have not been able to find much information on wheelbase, width, you know typical dimentions of a crawler to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Awesome build!

katon this is just the first part of three build threads....read the rest to the end of build....the only thing i change was a set of tires the last comp of the season, nothing else....i broke nothing on the tigress either, still has all parts from day one....i finished 2nd in points for the year when all i made were 4 out of 9 comp's, with two 1st places and two 2nd places....who say a tubed shafty can't crawl ....plus when ever we had any GTG's i never placed outside of the top 5 for the day, even againest MOA crawlers....beat some of them too .............bob

Just stumbled upon your thread Bob; nicely done.

The chassis rendering reminds me of the old TCS Gopher, which I've always liked, old school or not

I'll be searching your other builds. I'm always inspired by other guys that stay organized and build clean...solid component choices and clever ideas are never a bad thing. Nice work sir
