He did drive damn good!

I'm thinking berg trans, with possibly hr tubes, and xr outters/shafts. But may go with just all berg then xr goodies. Now that the Wraith is offering universals, I may not have to make adapters for the long side lol

Someone has a xr10 universals in a bully in one of the bully threads, so it should be possible.

Well, here are the final pics of here, as she stood in her final stage. The new home has already paid for her, so I need to clean it up, put in the other electronics, then ship it. Have fun with her Absurd , she should treat you very well.

I'll hate to see that thing go... Only because of the 20 minutes i drove it. Defiitely the best handling car i have ever drove. Someone is a very lucky buyer.

Well, today is a sad day at Cheapbatterypacks.com. La Licorne Fatale was just picked up by mail lady. She is Cincinnati bound. Take care of her Absurd. She will take care of you on course.

Now it's time to start machining Dr. FrankenKraWl! More to come soon... in a new thread

How is the strength of the XR universals compared to the 300's?

Is it as strong or close?

The xr uni must be way tougher than the axial CVD even with a gunnar 1/16 pin, I have snapped to many shafts myself.

I never broke one... nor have anyone in their XR's that I have heard of. Of course super300's materials are stronger, and precision engineered. But this mod gives you the 8 degree kingpins, caster adjustment, and more steering potential than anything on the market(I had 60 degrees ) for much cheaper. I liked my super 300's, but am A: cheap, and B: dont like to spend money if I dont need to... even if I have it

Do you remember how long the purple servo horn was? And how long your steering arms were from the kingpin? Were they proportional to the servo horn or was it shorter?

Do you know if the bearings that go in the knuckles are the same between the ax10 and the xr10?
