Great idea for the chassis Evil, I had thought about a slanted skid on a shafty for a while, good to see someone try it . It's gotta be a winner once it's all figured out.

Not looking for testers right now. Thanks for the offer. I will soon be looking for customers, though. | |

So, I got my own together last night. I designed the rear links so that there is a smooth transition from the front links, up the skid and up the rear links. |

| Re: Evil Crawler Designs' first shafty chassis. Thanks! Those are 3 1/2" shocks on it now. I prefer them over a 4" shock on most applications. There are enough hole positions that I believe that a 4" shock will also work. I planned on bolting some on later to see how they will work. |

I had a blast with this chassis first time out. granted I was getting used to brushless AND pin tires, it easily climbed a section of our new comp rock course layout that previously it might as well had a pull pal holding it back. first impressions, it was very lightweight but was stable. very predictable and did not give me much negative response or feedback when ran over some nasty course sections. I might go back to rovers, but the pins have given many victories to others here time and time again. with some more seat time and weight tuning, its gonna be a killer. |
