At the comp today, there were two of these chassis in attendance, and we took 2nd and 3rd in Sportsman. I drove right over a very easy gate or I'd have been in first. This thing is easy to drive and the break over makes a HUGE difference.

I then let a buddy that hasn't comped in a year and a half borrow it to run in 2.2 Pro. On the first course, he made it as far as I did with my totally tricked out berg, and he finished the 2nd course.

Nice!

I'm still loving that raked skid. If I already didn't have 3 projects going I'd tear into my FBII and give it one.

it has so much breakover clearance, i kept wondering what was the deal? till I remembered "there's a 3rd member back there" it kept hanging up on the axle.

I was actually waiting to receive my new CNC cutter before going live. I'd be able to offer a more consistent product much faster. However, if anybody is interested in pricing or getting a ore-production version, pm me.

Sorry. I've been stuck all weekend with phone only to reply, and for some reason, it kept kicking me out.

Also will it fit a VP dig and servo?
Wondering if a spur cover would fit as well.

This CNC router table is giving me a headache. As soon as I get it cutting properly, these will be released.

The cutter is running, but it's cutting directly on the line instead of outside the line. As soon as I figure out that, we will be shipping 'em out.

you have to set a cutter offset for the radius of the cutter you are using.

I was trying to use a very cheap cad software that was not closing the vectors properly. I had to export the .dxf file to a CAM software and it ended up not being able to effectively handle the drawing in order to setup the offsets. $700 later and I now have a new, better CAD/CAM software that is very easy to use. Now I'm just testing cut depths and securing the material. My goal is to have preorders cut this week along with several chassis to take with me to the U.S. Indoor Championships this coming Sunday.
