If it bends out of spec but bounces back it was still out of spec. I would call it if it was on my course.

That doesnt make sense to me. Bodies bend in and out of spec all the time when you get them bound up. I've never heard anyone getting an out of spec for a bending body panel. I know I am not the first person to have a cut down nose. I guess it's a good thing I don't drive in your neck of the woods!

I don't understand why you would use the offset axle housing as opposed to the center one. Why did you do that? parts availability? You are putting unnecessary angles on your driveshafts, no?
