| PhantomRS10's '13 Sporty build
Time to start a thread for my ax10 swx chassised comp truck. Its nothing special right now but hope to change that in the coming months. It will be a slow build, trying to finish my ttc truck. So here we go with a small run down of what i have. MOD list: Bender Customs SWX chassis w/ custom links (brake line allthread) Axial high steer knuckle's Axial c hubs Axial aluminum lockouts Axial CVD kit Vanquish Products Lockers Axial HD gear 36/14,43/14 Axial COG battery plate also drilled for 4 link Axial BC Rear 4 link plate Losi 4" shocks RR outdrive gear RR idler gear RR spur FastEddy Bearing kit Axial Stock ax10 driveshafts Novak Rooster ESC Team Brood Vapor 35t motor 12/87 Hitec 645 Servo\ 10a BEC DX3R 1000mah 30c 2s lipo Axial beadlock 2.2s Proline Rock Chisels Panther 2.2 Foams To get list: Tekin FXR esc Savox 1232 sg Servo VP battery plate and rear 4 link plate VP wheels havn't decided on what yet heres a few pics of my junk heres mine and mike's (onebdgti) Thanks for looking, updates coming soon Last edited by PhantomRS10; 03-20-2013 at 06:34 PM. |

Since ive finished the TTC rig and put this on the back burner, its time to bring this one on the work table. Im going with derlin lower links and new ESC the rooster was been great (bought from killswitch) couple years ago. I need something more capable of the voltage im looking for, i been eyeballing the FXR or Brxl (have one on ttc). Also been thinking of doing the XR mod to the front end. my steering is crap. stay tuned for picture updates

Well been workin on the 1.1 some i put this on the back burner til today, ordered alot of my parts for it. just need to get the esc an servo. Im going with a Tekin FXR and Savox 1230sg servo. Since i won the TEAM BROOD giveaway, ill be installing a 35t vapor motor in this as well

OK dust this bad boy off!!! Here is a pic of shock building time. using 45wt limited 10mm in rear and 12mm up front Then it was time to get it tore down Picked up some Gear Head screw kti Ordered some bearings from Fasteddys! |

Heres a shot of the RR gears in the trans with some new bearings Got the trans together and mounted up Teambrood Vapor 35t motor (won in christmas giveaway) 87/12 geared Heres a shot at the new VP locker with new gears this thing is sweet! Rear axle complete added some aluminum lock outs |

Anyone used the VP battery and 4 link plates on their sportsman? i drilled the axial plate for 4 link but id like to have something with a little more adjustable info would be great |
