| better steering/turning radius
Dug my ax10 scorpion out to do some bashing, its been a while since I've run it and forgot how the steering is. The stock set-up just doesn't seem to turn the wheels very far. I know I've seen pics in the past of other ax10's with modded steering where the wheels turned almost completely to one side or the other. Just wondering if its just new steering knuckles and what kind, or if theres more involved. Thanks in advance for any help.

Do a search for XR mod and you'll find all the info you need to get better steering.

There's more involved, but not hard to do. You'll need some beef tubes like what RcBros offers to make the conversion, XR10/Wraith chubs and knuckles, along with XR10 universal shafts.

start with some Zero ackerman knuckles. then add a 300+ oz servo + a BEC. play with throw so you can get the tires to turn far enough to rub on the shocks or lower links. |

If you still run dog bones then all the fancy mods wont do you any good until those are replaced. VP VVD's with the zero Ackerman knuckles or the XR uni's with the XR mod is what your gonna need.
