Default Boxer Sporty Build

I want to start off by thanking ClassiCutCustoms for this awesome opportunity to build a very RAD sporty

I am super impressed with this chassi and trans. I can't wait to get it on the rocks to have fun with all my fellow crawlers

Well the parts list is basically like this I have a sporty i had purchased off of the for sale section and I will be using axles and motor from it, so thats under drive and overdrive gears, a HH crawl master motor, and drive lines. The rest is ClassiCutCustoms trans, links, shocks lathed down, front servo battery plate, electronics tray, rear 4 link plate, and wheels.
As far as ESC that will be HH BR mini

Two things, clock the rear axle back more, and take some (most) of the clocking out of your front axle.

Other than that, it looks great man!

Hittman makes a good point...or two. There's no castor to the front. Changing that might necessitate running the tierod on the top of the knuckle arms, though. Or a change the knuckles to Wraith type.

More clocking in the rear will help keep the driveshaft joint above the rear links and catching a rock and also give it a better angle.

No sabotaging here.

I don't have much room to clock the front axle back due to the drag link. now if I were to use a longer servo arm I might be able to get some more caster. Not only that but my drive line has a catch in it if I take some of the clocking out. As far as the rear goes I'm trying something a little different due to the fact that I would have to get new uppers to make the drive shaft get above the links.

I was able to go run some gates yesterday man this dog performs i was really happy with everything i put it up against. I will however have to get a new motor at some point or rebuild I want a touch more pep. The side hills i was doing shocked me and the climbs did extremely well I do have some lift when climbing a steep vertical though. So some tuning and time will all tell

Although the pics don't show it very clearly I also agree the front needs to be adjusted. The knuckles don't need to be rotated back...the front upper links need to be shorter. The flatter you can get your pinions to be the better it will perform. That being said...your rear setup looks fine to me. The rear will be compressed in most situations which should leave your rear driveshaft just about even with or maybe even above the links

Of course this is all based off of a picture so if the rig works for you like it is...disregard all of this...
