Front AR60 axle :

Modded the diff-housing a bit

Glued/screwed on a 1mm carbon plate and shaved the diff cover,-gained 2,5mm of clearance,-have to see if it will survive the rocks....

Complete front axle for now:

-HPH stainless beef tubes.
-Holmes chromoly spool.
-Over-drive gears.
-HR aluminum bearing holders.
-Modded universals.
-Vanquish hubs and knuckles.
-Blue Monkey weights.
-Slim Shift hubs.
-SMW lower link mounts.
-DLux upper link/servo mount.
-Vanquish titanium steering tie rod.
-Lunsford titanium turnbuckle steering link.
-Answer aluminum servo arm.
-Hitec 7950 servo.
-Dravtech electronics plate.

Rear axle:

With the larger 43/13 gears,-there is not that much space left in the housing.
So I did not bother to cut it,just rounded it off a little,-gaining about 1 mm

Rear axle so far:

-Holmes chromoly spool.
-Under-drive gears.
-HR aluminum bearing holders.
-Narrowed wraith axle shafts.
-XR10 lockouts.
-Regular Shift hubs.
-SMW lower link mounts.
-DLux upper link mount.

I like to run the rear axle a bit narrower.
With the XR10 lockouts and regular Shift hubs it is now about 10 mm narrower than my front axle,-and I still have the option to widen it with Shift spacers if needed

Thanks.

When you use the shorter XR10 lockouts,-you have to shorten the axle shafts to match the length :-)

I usually turn my lockouts about 90* from as they are normally mounted. You need to drill some new holes for the screws but less chance of getting stuck on the screw heads that normally are pointing down to the ground.

Nice!

I have countersunk the bottom screw,-but turning them as you do is better
Maybe I will do both.....
