Default Esc or motor issue?

So I have begun to have an issue with the electronics for my ridgecrest. When I turn it on I hear a couple of beeps from the esc but only the steering works I have no response from the motor. If I turn the switch on and off or bang the truck I'll hear a couple of beeps and everything works.

Now do you think this could be a loose wire or a problem with something else? When I look at the wires they appear secure, I may tear this truck down for a full inspection.

I had to re-calibrate the ESC to the receiver when mine did that.

Oh ok. I think that is explained on the first page of the book, I'll give it a try. Thanks for your quick responses!

Also make sure your throttle trim is centered. The castles dont like to set when it's off a fair amount

Looks like the throttle trim wasn't centered so I'll give that a try. Thanks
