I haven't been into crawlers long enough (the Capra is my first crawler) to have extensive 1st-hand knowledge...but, from what I understand, everything that SuperShafty does is "very solid"...or, to use his words, "bulletproof".

I know it isn't about rocks hitting the servo mount. He mentioned soft alumargerine being a garbage skid plate material and then asked about a brace for the stock servo mount. 2 different subjects hence my joke about the rocks hitting the servo mount.
