Missing shock parts from kit?

I bought 2 kits, one for me and one for my son. Got mine built and when it came to the shocks I was short 4 of the plastic balls that go into the caps on top. Ran into the same problem on my suns truck also. American I missing a parts tree from each kit or am I building the shocks wrong? There are 2 spots that call for those same pieces to act has a spacer that nothing attaches to so I can always pull them out of those to attach the shocks but I feel like I must be missing something since I had the same problem on 2 kits

It happens. I had defective parts in my Bomber kit. I'm not sure exactly what you're talking about. If you think you're missing something call or email Axial and they should take care of you.

I had a missing complete shock sprue in my kit.
I could only build 2 out of 4...

On mine I got lucky and had a spare parts tree from a scx10 kit laying around. Not so lucky on my sons

I’m building the kit now and am missing one of the shock o-rings. Other than that the kit is really great. Quality level seems higher than the SCX10.2 kit that I built a few months ago, now that I think of it. But a bummer that I’m going to have to wait to get it built!

The instructions also have a bunch of errata but I’ve been able to figure them out thus far. For example the shock step 31 calls for 4 nylon lock nuts but they seem to have included metal ones that will work, but which seem sort of strangely bling for a part internal to a shock.
