i think thats the scx10 chassis. i followed the build of the truck, looked good man. so on the paint, did you do the underbody then reuse the window masks for the outside paint or did you make your own? how is the paint holding up as well? i think its cool that you did the paint where if it gets scratched or peels it then becoms a rust/bare metal look! good job man! |

I couldn't get about 1" of one of the Masher beads to seat in the wheel. So for the time being I had to run with something else. For all the woods/creek/trailing we do, these will work until I can get something else on there. |

Put in a Holmes Revolver for the weekend and I'm not a fan. I think I'll go back to one of my Pullers. If I had a comp truck a lil outrunner would be awesome. On 3s geared way down it was super smooth but I had no wheelspeed what so ever. I geared it up but couldn't get the wheelspeed I want and like for trail running.

Started on some loose ends trying to finish up some big things on this thing. Took one of these. Added this. Ended up with this. Oh yeah.. And this It's not perfect and needs some more massaging before I weld it together but now I have something to hook to and completes the rear. |

I like that. Ive found with steel like that if ya scribe it with the dremel wheel then u get a way nicer bend. With the folds it will still be stiff enuff to hold together. You gonna make a reese type hitch? With interchangeable hitches......U should. it would be cool, And i bet if you try to pull anything heavy the rod end will fail......

I did scribe it when I folded it in half.. The only part that's permanent is the top and vertical part which is what I took my time on. The sides will be chopped off and redone when I can get over to my buddy's house and weld it up.

Got off work early last night and picked up some more wheels and some supplies. Got to work on the bumper. Then started work on a quickie interior. Still more to do but I'm gettin there. Set inside The pics and angle make it look crooked but it's crooked at different angles when looked at from different angles and I measured a few times and it's straight.. Whatcha think? |
