I think I may have dialed in my suspension just right. I was running rc10 rear shocks all around and it was just to twisty. If I ran with the rack on it was so top heavy that it would fall over. What I ended up doing is raise the front shock mounts about 1/2 inch with a softer spring. Then used the rc10 front shocks in the rear with the same spring as the front. It's just right even with the rack on.

That D90 body+load out is absolutely stunning and really looks the part, especially after the final suspension tweaks. Great tube work too. Big thumbs up! |

i have some good news and some bad the good did some swapping around of wheels and i think its just right the bad. i took it all apart and stole the running gear for a tube idea i had and some more good, i think im gunna get some t-rex axles for it. unless some one has some scx10 axles they want to sell me cheap. | |

well since i robbed a bunch of parts out of this for my buggy build. i had to give this rig some much needed love. got some t-rex axles and did some more scale details ......... on with the pics .....lots of them 1st off made a whip antenna made some crates for the trunk area got a winch and made a skid plate for my bumper some crates for the roof with a tarp re-arranged some stuff up there and as for the axles i just have to say not much mounting hardware with them. had to fab alot to get them to work. painted diff covers got the servo mount for the axles and had to chop it up and mod the hell out of it. and had to do even more for the rear, made this axles in finished shots and a shot with busted old yota |

Unreal...more A+ work. Just when I thought there wouldn't be any more updates on this rig it comes back better than ever. I'd vote your D90 best scaler of the year. If I knew I could turn something out even half as nice as that, I could probably find the motivation to start a scale project...but the fear of hours upon hours going into something that turns out crappy keeps me at bay. |

I haven't been out with them yet. Around the house they seem fine. They may not be as sturdy as the axial ones. I can see where there may be weak points. Mounting them with links was a project, lots of fabrication. It would not be hard to do with leafs. I love the way they look. We will see how they do once I start to beat on them. I say get them if you are comfortable with fabricating all the mounting hardware.

Awesome! that was the plan since the RC4wd 4 link kit looks gay on it in my opinion. I like the way you did the rear 4link mount props to you for that! I may have to copy that if you don't mind |
