I got everything wrapped up and ready to go except for painting the sliders black. I made some inner fenders, a front mount battery tray and metal bottoms for my sliders. I couldn't fit the battery sideways with the inner fenders so I mounted it straight forward above the axle but had to make my own plate because the stock one was too big to fit between the motor and steering servo. My battery just clears the both ends with this mount. Sliders are metal plates on the bottom of the factory plastic pieces and will hold the electronics (esc on right, receiver on left). All I have left to finish this truck to where I will be happy enough to work on the other is bumpers and building a windshield frame. I already ordered a rear bumper and will order a front the next couple weeks and I just have to quit being lazy and build my windshield frame.  |

Almost finished with the Dodge flatbed and teardrop trailer. I decided to put rock lights under the trailer to go with the truck and a utility light over the front box. Need to figure out a hitch for the "Dubs" rear end next. Axialfest here we come  |
