well here is a prototype, rough draft bolted up, I know there needs to be some cleanup work done to it but I am generally pleased with the design so far.

here is a revision...if the lower holes are used for mount in the front, they stick out and will catch on everything, that is the reason for mounting the front on the upper bolts

I cut up a coke can and made a skid just along the center line. when the skid wears out I tear it off and replace it (hot glue for the win)

I think that is a great idea/design. I was concerned of the wear but it was drastically reduced when I moved to 2.2 tires. I also try and drive a line to avoid hitting the pumpkin although not always possible as we all know! :-) Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk |
