Default Spur gear

I have two scx10's on is the deadbolt and the other is the honcho. I was working on my deadbolt and noticed the spur gear setup is completely different than the honcho, there is a bigg difference in tooth count and slipper design. I was wondering if you guys know which is the preferred design. I need to change the gear on the deadbolt and was wondering if it would be a downgrade to use the honcho setup or if it would even work. Thanks!

the Dead bolt has a dual slipper clutch and 32 pitch spur gear, which will take higher torque and easier to tune

Your deadbolt has upgraded 32 pitch gears. You could upgrade your honch to make the part easier to switch out between rigs.
