Although these are super nice.I can't see stripping down my stock axle housings to replace them with these.Maybe after the stock axles wear out.But I don't see that happening anytime soon running on dirt trails. For those that run on rough rocks/terrain that would be sooner. They do look killer though.Nice job SSD!!!

They actually look like a real 1:1 axle which is pretty nice for a scale rig. A tear down is good every now and then anyway to check bearings. I noticed that a few of mine were getting gritty last week when I installed UD gears in the rear diff.

I have a set of Fast Eddy bearings and a Vanquish CMS mount (along with high clearance knuckles and CVs) sitting here waiting on these axle housings.

I was for a while. My front axle housing had the screws for the c hub strip out when I let my nephews drive it. They bound it up and rolled it at the same time.

I was going to wait for these but my son really wanted to go trailing with his honcho so I needed to get a stock replacement I'll wait for something to break on the axle now...or my birthday lol.
