Default Where should I put my battery?

I have a New Bright Jeep TJ body on a scx10 and there is no room under the floor for the stock transmission. So I bought the GCM motor mount and transfer case. I needed room for the servo on the frame so I moved the motor mount to the last shock hoop screw hole on the frame. If that makes sense. But now there is a little bit of binding in the drive shaft from the motor to the transfer case and there is not a lot of room for the battery under the floor of the body. I don't want to put the battery in the body. If there was a smaller front motor mount I could put the battery under the hood near the fire wall. Or is there a really thin small 3 or 2s lipo? If you have a pic or build thread of your TJ please post it. thx
