Default Kenneth's Tundra Truggy Build

I'm going to be starting this build now even though it is a winter build as a lot of the parts going in this build are going to be expensive.

Anyways the truck is starting out like this and I traded the Hilux body on it for all the cage, sliders, and front bumper work. He currently has the rig and I just mailed him the Tundra cab so he can start working on it. I should be receiving the finished cage in a few weeks.

Here's the body that will get repainted when I get the truck back.

Anyways here's the parts list that is going into this build.

VP SCX10 Rock Jocks
VP titanium links
VP steering links
VP 5" black lightbar
RC4WD warn 9.5cti winch
LockedUpRC 1.9 beadlocks
Custom anodizing for the beadlocks and rings
Holmes Hobbies TrailMaster Pro BL 540 3300kv motor and Holmes Hobbies TrailMaster BLE Pro Waterproof
CC BEC
Hitec 7955 servo
HeyOk 3pos winch controller
1.9 PitBull Rock Beast XLs
GripFab lockers
VP blue knuckles and chubs
VP SCX10 VVDs
VP CMS
VP front 3 link

I'm sure there's more I forgot to list but you get the idea. All out no budget build.

Thanks for the tip I'll remember that when I get the RockJocks going to stick with scx10 axles until I can afford the RockJocks lol. That paint won't be staying very long lol

Already have them. Picked them up a few months ago they aren't the ARB version like I'd want them to be but they will work

Thanks I gave my buddy some pictures of some cages I liked and gave him full freedom to make whatever he wanted that looked similar to the pics I provided and the features I wanted and it turned out so much better than I ever imagined

Well I have a update for this build. The other day I got some 2.2 Growlers with the new style PitBull 2 stage foams, cheapy integy aluminum beadlocks (for now), and a Holmes Hobbies 13T CrawlMaster Pro motor in the mail and got it all installed. Granted I can't really drive the truck because the Growlers rub on the sliders when I turn so I have to wait till I get my brass XR width tubes. Also I have some MIPs on the way for this beast so I will have a pretty solid driveline. Anyways on to pictures. Also I love the look of the 2.2s on the truck. And I have a winch for this truck but I'm not sure if I'm going to run it and lose my killer approach angle I have going, I guess we'll see.
