Default Wheelbase Adjustment on the SCX10 II

What's the best way to adjust the wheelbase on the SCX10 II? This is my first kit so I don't have any experience with this. How would I go about reducing the wheelbase?

I'm Working on mounting my new brazed tube frame and hilux hard body. Ideally the front and rear axles need shifting back about 7mm to line up with the arches, how would I achieve this? Are there any off the shelf parts I could use?

To maintain proper front steering/suspension geo, the front links would stay the same. In the rear, you would use shorter upper and lower links and move the upper shock mounts forward on the chassis rail to shorten the WB.

I believe Adial has the chassis rail pre-drilled for upper shock mount placement for 11.75", 12" & 12.3" WB
