Ok, carried out the swap easy enough to do.. Took a little getting used to the extended wheelbase but very pleased on how it performed. 242040159_2995687530649983_115087071443577804_n by Peter Rathbone, on Flickr 241751662_2995687087316694_2037135838264501556_n by Peter Rathbone, on Flickr 241752567_2995687310650005_7519641474383781734_n by Peter Rathbone, on Flickr 241755060_2995687243983345_8192144521242865975_n by Peter Rathbone, on Flickr 241767076_2995687150650021_1801049699463421476_n by Peter Rathbone, on Flickr 241791550_2995687393983330_3704117953334245208_n by Peter Rathbone, on Flickr The original look: 100045729_2622508311301242_1885072493517996032_n by Peter Rathbone, on Flickr This shell is being kept as I bought the Knights customs VS4-10 mounts for this body and it will be on my Pro when all the bits are here... |

How hard was it to figure out which parts to switch out? I want to build a Gladiator from a JLU kit but I haven't seen anyone post the actual parts list needed to switch. If I just had a full list I'd go through my local shop and have them order all of them. But I want to avoid ordering a bunch of parts and then finding out I'm missing one thing and have to wait six weeks for another part or something.

I feel the same way as Squelch Is it easy for you to do a parts breakdown of what is required for the swap? Looks awesome. |

IIRC the parts list shows for both versions. for the chassis its: rails, extended chassis bit, links and driveshaft then the sliders and the extended rear inner arches. The body well, all the bits you'd think you'd need TBH... I just sat here for 30 mins or so looking at manuals...
