I have merged all the "Kit" threads into here. Hopefully people learn how to look past the first three threads at the top of the forum.....

| Do we have to get so bent out of shape over these things? After all this is just an rc car forum. Comments like this make new users shy away because of excessive ridicule over something that is supposed to be fun. My .02...

| It's harder for new people to find what they are looking for when information is spread through 10 different threads.

I would rather have 1 thread than a bunch.

Curious, Axial makes a pretty good GREEN engine. Nitro Wraith? Baja style pipes! Not a fab guy. Bolt on upgrading at best. Always down for a kit. So, Please Axial. Nitro Wraith kit? Or at least a nitro conversion kit. It would be SICK!

I'm definitely getting a kit,got plenty of electronics to use in it. Its great that the kit is coming with aluminum, better tires, black wheels and black seats and clear panels I can paint any color I choose. Plus I get to assemble it myself. I think its rediculous you that are complaining and ripping Axial for what it does and doesn't have. I mean seriously you buy an rtr most likely you end up replacing or upgrading these items so how is it you don't see the kit as a good deal. |

What are you talking about and who are you talking to? You quote no one. If it's me. Read it again. I'm serious. Wow, must be heat attitude today!

| Nitro engine in a plastic tube frame? You may want to rethink your request.

I specifically said "you that are complaining and ripping Axial"-so no I didn't quote any one specific remark. If you go back and read your own posts nowhere did you ever complain or rip on Axial. So please don't insult me by insinuating that I didn't read your posts or all the other posts in this thread. So which one of us is having a heat attitude day then? I have been buying Axial products for a long time and am a huge supporter. I think that the kit will be a very good deal and will of course be quality parts. For people like me who have plenty of stuff laying around the kit is a great deal. For others the RTR may be better since they get the electronics, but the stuff that is upgraded in the kit usually gets replaced on the RTRs. Sorry Harley...didn't mean to start some sort of word war. | |

The kit is good for guys like me that don't want everything just axles... but I also don't want crappy dogbones! So I've been waiting for the 300's to be done but if the kit is released before then I'll just grab the kit with the UNI's and call it done. Plus the added sticky tires makes for a great start to a TTC scx with wraith diffs! I'd buy it in a heart beat!

I thought about waiting for the kit, but wanted another one right away...I'm like that...so I pulled the trigger on one from Tower, exclusively because I can get it on Easy Pay.

| Wraith Kit Vs. Wraith Rtr
So now that the kit has come out, what differences are there between the two. Be sides the obvious?

go with the kit. looks like theyve addressed the weak front dog bones, and flimsy lower links, despite the fact you'd swap out the electronics on the rtr almost immediately.
