MMP Tekkin sc4x 7.5 Actually its going up for sale. 8lb rig with Batt and runs like hell. 54/14 32p. Fast and great crawling. Ive never got it wet or hot. I bought this to put in my rig and to be honest its just to much and Im not diggin it. No actually I want somthing else. If you aint noticed Im an addict! Just more of a crawler than a basher so Im going back to brushed! |

Holmes 13T and Sidewinder in the crawler/trail Wraith. I'd like this just a little faster. stock spur with stock pinion. Tekin T8/RX8 on 6 cell in the low rider Wraith. On 3 cell it's quite managable with an 87T spur an 24t pinion. Suprisingly crawls about as well as stock but with buttery smooth torque. |

| was it balistic ?? 3s probably a bit much for a 13.5 with stock stuff...I am considering an LRP/SPX with a 17.5 brushless set-up with 2s...just want to go fast with this thing...have an XR10 for crawling...

No video yet, it's on the bench waiting for 32P gears. I think I'll have to build some 2.2/3.0 tyres like Eddie at Crawler Innovations has done before heading to the shortcourse track for a bash. Will do a video then.

| Forsure, Agreed! Need a more rigid sidewall for bashing. Actually gonna try out Crawler Innovations hybrid, looks like a winner!

| just ordered the kit
Im just getting back into the crawlers/scale rigs. I didnt want anything too fast and tried to do some research on esc and motors I wanted to have good tire spin and good crawl ability. I ordered kit version TEKIN FXR 35T "HD" 4400mAh 3s 40c please give my your thoughts about gearing and is this a good combo. This will be my first 3s and i was thinking that if i wanted to do some hill climbing I could go with a lower turn motor. |

I have to say this combo rocks with the stock gearing! TEKIN FXR PRO 35T "HD" 4400mAh 3s 40c I have a super, highlift, and baja 5b this beats em on the fun factor! |

Tazer 12t ESC Axial 55T Crawler motor 5:1 ratio Hightech digital hs-5645mg Traxxas 2.4 4ch Dynamite 5100 powerpack Gives me about 5mph speed, and the torque to crawl. i can normaly run about a hour doing hill climbs, and about 1.5 hrs crawling per battery. Doesnt see water, or mud. It was fully hand built, and is one its way to being customized. |

I'm running HH BRXL with 20t torque master. Good low end but, a little slow for me. I have a Tekin RS with 21.5 Redline motor and 10.5 Redline Motor to try out. Has anybody tried a 21t brushless on stock gearing? How is the wheel speed? My buddy is running a 17.5 on stock gearing and it is really fast so I was hoping the 21.5t Tekin RS would be good.

You will want to use the 10.5 or 13.5 redline motor for your wraith. The 21.5 will be painfully slow, particularly on 2s. About like a 55t brushed motor. What voltage was your buddy running? Maybe 3s with the 21.5 won't be too fast for you if you think 17.5 seems to fast.
