Default Wraith throttle problems

Just got a wraith out of the box and when I press the throttle all the way in it doesn't respond then when I let it go it jumps forward a little bit .
It seems that when I ease my way into the throttle it works.
Is it supposed to be like that. Brand new batteries in the remote.
It just doesn't seem to be that responsive. Pleas help.

You need to include for info. Such as what size battery lipo or nimh. But from the lack of info I can only guess that you are using a nimh. Your problem is the voltage drop using nimh is so great at full throttle that the esc hits lipo cutoff as its set from the factory this way.

The battery is a 3200 nimh. And how do I stop it from doing that. I don't plan on going lipo.

The esc is made by castle and is somewhat programable through there castle link. It's roughly 30 bucks from a lhs here in the states. If you plan on staying in rc it is well worth the money. When you buy other castle products (you will) you can change the settings on almost everything. I have read of people changing it without the castle link but Idk. Maybe your lhs can help??

Mine I just got did something similar but I was running lipo. I talked to axial and ended up sending the esc in. Maybe there was a bad batch of esc's.
