These are awesome, i've always wanted the black widow axles. I might have missed it, but have you had a chance to run the axles? In either stock or ultimate 9 form?

Not in ether form but getting very close to completed now. Will be going underneath Southern Comfort.

I think I may need to get one of your axles for my southern buggy sometime. I need a center pumpkin for the rear to make it more scale, and your craftsmanship is the best!!!

You most certainly do need a CFM centered diff in your rig, haha, and thanks for the compliments. The last one I just did for Shane turned out really nice, the VP ax-10 axle truss really made life easy and looks great on it as well.

Thank you sir.
I added some more detail to these bad boys. The rear truss has been welded on and is on its way back to me. I'm also having titanium shafts built for the rear housing
Scale bolts

Rear housing is back from Bill Roncallo(BGR FAB) and got it all painted up. Went with black to better show off the 3rd member and scale hardware. Still have to mount in upper link mount, but it will bolt on when time comes. Got my shafts also, but they were wrong, gonna try and do some machine work on them to save them.

Did Bill do the welding on those? Looks like some of his work. Bill's welding is some of the best TIG work I've seen!!! I've got 2 of his bumpers and a set of rock sliders. He does awesome work!

Dude.... Why you gotta be like that?!?!

Hmmm.... Let's see... Did you have BGR weld it? Did you have a neighbor weld it? Did you send it to the nearest muffler shop and have it welded? Did you weld it? Did a friend or family member weld it? It's hard to say, you never said who was welding the rear truss in this thread!

Ok, received the rear housing back from Bill (BGR). What did Bill do to the housing? Did he sand it and prep it for paint? Did he fab something on the housing? Is Bill a priest and did he bless it for you? Did he sprinkle some magical dust on it for you? Is there another skill that Bill has besides welding and fabbing?

When I typed the post, I assumed Bill did the welding on the housing. I don't like to assume. I will always ask before I assume.

There ya go, Mr. Carter!!!

I'm just busting your balls a little. Had to give you some shit over your reply to my post.
Damn nice work Clay! Those axles look freakin' awesome!!! Can't wait to see that beast together!

I just sent them to him so he could fondle them and then send them back. DUH!!!!

On another note smart ass, haha, I got the axle shafts remachined and now they fit. So now the axle is finally a unit.

Not trying to be a smart ass, just trying to prove my point - being right or wrong.
