Good info. Just got my Sky Fly radio and it also seemed to do the trick with the EPA settings. ^ option would have been cheaper!

Well I don't have any vids of her running cause I just took out my brushless system but all I can say is that this tranny can handle it. Running 3S with Traxxas velineon system. Ran the stock 60T spur 15T pinion. Sucker was fast in 2nd and could crawl ok.

Problem is, "all may already know" this things can't go fast and turn. I picked up the Traxxas SVT Raptor that I'm putting the velineon system in and keep the Wraith with this tranny for crawling.

Over all, well worth the money for this thing. Thanks RC4WD

I ordered one from tgn last weekend.
Can't wait for it to arrive.
Should I add more grease to it before using it?

So what is the consensus?

I've started to see some not so good reviews on the 2spd. Is the exception or the rule?

I am not decided if I'm using one on my next build. How is the gearing spread? Will it really shift on the fly? I just read about stripped gears...any similar problems?

My build is still in the works... So, it's going to be a little while until I can test it. I am excited to try this out, been wanting a small two speed for quite a while now.

I'll post up once it's running and had some packs through it and hopefully some wins at the local comps.

I haven't heard of any issues....

I tested mine pretty hard shifting on the fly from high to low and back again. No issues or signs of wear. I was running a 3300KV brushless when testing. am now running a 35T Handwound. It's more to my liking and driving. I don't like having to flip it over all the time. LOL

Actually what you read was what someone wrote about the R2 2 speed NOT this AX2 2 speed. The R2 is a completely different transmission.

Thanks. You're right. I read too fast and missed that. I had my next build lined out until I read (mis-read) that. Now I'm back on track. Thanks again.

Excellent job on this tranny! I put one in my wife's wraith and I loved it so much that I ordered another one for my wraith. I'm running a Pro 4 in it, can't wait to drive it. I now own three of these

I got some run time on this tranny in my wraith with the pro4. Love the low gear. I'm running the stock 60 spur and a 12T pinion. The only thing is, might be a little too fast in high range. I'll have to get some more drive time on it. I will have to be careful not to break parts in a comp.
