Default holmes motor questions

i need a new motor to replace stock wraith 20t.i would like to maintain stock speed or even a little faster,really,if possible.what would you suggest.which is fastest?i see the crawlmaster 11t and 13t.or the torquemaster 21t and 27t.also, with a 16t pinion,like they suggest,do i use the stock 80t spur?lastly,will a 3c lipo make it run faster?im running a 2c 5000mah now.
thankyou

I am running a Crawlmaster Pro 13t with 80/16 gearing using a 3C Lipo.
I have the TorqueMaster BR-XL ESC.

It provides good crawling with ok trail speeds, but not a lot faster than stock.

If you want to go really fast you need to go with a brushless motor/esc.

I am getting the BR-XL and I was leaning toward the Holmes CrawlMaster until I saw the Holmes Rock Racer. Now I have more decisions to make...

You will probably want to switch to a 3c Lipo to make sure you get the speed that you want. If you do decide to run 3c you will want to get a BEC to power the servo.
