The best way is to use machine thread bolts (fine thread), not the coarse thread that comes with the kit. they never stay tight for long,. If the holes are getting a bit flogged out put a drop of CA glue on the machine screws before they go in.

( I hope the Wallabies cop another flogging in the Bledisloe on Saturday !)

I can see starting with the fine thread screws. I would question using them after using course thread screws. I don't think there would be enough material left to be secure. The CA glue is a fine tip. Just make sure your screw heads are in good condition.

Beef Tubes link

Those look like a good long term solution if the CA glue doesn't work. I wonder if screws come with. I'll do some more reading.

I add one click of caster past stock and drill new 2.5mm holes at the other end of the slots. Thread m3 fine thread bolts into the new holes and your done. Mine don't loosen up at all.

No screws come with Beef Tubes. Beef recommends M3x8mm or M3x10mm.

Beef tubes + 3x10mm screws + blue loctite = no more loose c-hubs
