| Wraith braking issue, HELP
I have a DX3R radio and all the settings are at zero but when I let off the trigger going forward instead of coasting it is like I am hitting full brakes. I don't think it is my drag brake because when I have the truck on and sitting I can still push it. I have the Tekin sensored and brushless motor combo. Any ideas would be appreciated

Check the throttle endpoints. Sounds like you might have it set slightly to reverse, in which case it is using the brake sensitivity, not the drag brake. Is this the RS/Pro, or RX8? And are you using a hotwire? Try moving your throttle endpoints to slightly forward - even works with the drag brake.

I am having a similar problem. I added two new VP Currie Rockjock axles to my SCX10 Jeep and the extra weight makes my Jeep roll down hill easily. Also, it will not stop on a slight incline - should I adjust my transmitter throttle towards a slight reverse?

That's how mine works with the drag brake set at 100% and come to think of it even when it was at 50% it didn't coast when I let off the throttle, it just stopped! just not as abruptly.

I thought the drag brake works when it senses the trigger in neutral. Therefore, when you go forwad and take your finger off the trigger, the drag brake is applied. Turn the drag brake fully off and it should coast to a stop, keep the drag brake on and you would be better to ease off the trigger. I could be wrong but this is my basic understanding of it. Try recalibrating the ESC to the radio first...it's the easiest and simplest step. Then try turning your drag brake down.

You will need a Castle Link to turn it down if your running a AE2 esc. It plugs into your computer and the esc and you can change the settings.

You can do the adjustments manually on the ae2. I adjust mine all the time that way. Just follow these instructions. http://docs.axialracing.com/instruct...e_AE-2_ESC.pdf |

Thanks for the tips. I'll try the ESC option.
