Default Underdrive problems

I can't seem to get the underdrive gear to sit flat on the stock diff housing. I'm using axial part number ax30402

It's like the locker is too tall. Anyone got any ideas.

Are you making sure that the bearings are fully seated into the housing?

There aren't any bearings on the inside? I ended up just taking it to a belt sander lol. Got it up and running but I can't tell a difference in performance yet.

You should notice a difference in a few days when the gears explode from incorrect install.

Did you put underdrive in front and rear or just rear? It's not enough to notice a difference if you just underdrive the rear and not overdrive the front.

You guys have no faith :p there's no way it can blow up, no moving parts were modified, nothing with any importance was changed. I took about .005 off of part # ax 30500 now if this thing goes boom I'll be the first to admit that I was wrong. The machining in the new gear set wasn't deep enough, it wasn't anywhere near as deep as the stock gear. If I had a exo gasket laying around I think that woulda solved the problem as well.
