Does breaking the bumper off count?

In all seriousness I have been slowly switching over to aluminum hardware each time I have to take something apart.

Well, two big weight drops for me was first I'm running some new g10 tag wheels that are glue on, but still have a beautiful scale look. The other is I have pulled all my wraith interior and will be replacing it with the Apache C1 interior (hpi107371).

I removed all my interior. Those seats are heavy!
Honestly, I think other than battery size, theres not a lot to do. I have a 2200 that is easily half the size of my 4000. I'm geared low with a 45t motor. Sips the batteries.

I have my wheels weighted to high hell, I dont see any more SIGNIFICANT weight reduction in my future. Pullin the panels or removing a little bit of cage isn't making a difference on the trail.

Skid plate mod sounds like an issue with raising the center of gravity. I'll take lower COG over weight loss

Depends on how it's applied I suppose. Raising the skid and overall lowering the truck would help with high weight. Skid clearance isn't everything to a scaler, but I enjoy belly draggers.

Have you thought about Axial plastic rims with aluminum bead locks. Only six bolts per plate. Definately lighter than all aluminum and 20+ bolts
