| Slipping clutch???
Hi folks, My Wraith is still very new, as am I to this side of RC.... I seem to have a problem with the clutch.... Every time it gets in a tight spot, the clutch just spins up! I am sure I have done a good job building it.... I mean, it's hardly difficult but I did notice some lacking detail in the instructions particularly on setting the clutch.... Right now, its set with the end on the thread just proud of the nut. Should I leave it as it is? or, can I tweak it??? Many thanks, Dave. |

Crank it right down as tight as you can. It'll still slip when you bind it hard but the other 98% of the time you won't even know you have a slipper clutch.

Standard practice seems to be full tight then loosen 1/4 turn. Seems to work well for me ~Chip |
